Executive/Operations Assistant
Full Time Role
Role: Executive/Operations Assistant working directly with Rachael

Location: This position is a combination of working remotely from your home or office, as well as meetings at our headquarters in Kennesaw, GA. It is a requirement to live in the Metro Atlanta area.

We are looking for someone to support the CEO, and assist with daily operations at Rachael Bodie Coaching LLC. Your primary focus will be to ensure every detail of the daily duties for the CEO are coordinated and run smoothly. This includes managing schedules and communications, coordinating meetings, travel, and more. This is a highly strategic position, where the ability to anticipate needs with forward thinking and working with a sense of purpose and urgency is a must.
This position is for full time work, with a combination of working remotely from your home or office, as well as meetings at our headquarters in Kennesaw, Ga. It is a requirement to live in the Metro Atlanta area.
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Understanding all key dates, commitments, and complexities of the CEO’s calendar. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and business & personal travel.
- Email Management & Communication: Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the CEO - must have the ability to relay the CEO’s vision and mission with all correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Vendor selection, coordinating details for live events, travel purchases and itinerary planning. Catering arrangements as needed. Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the CEO - must have the ability to relay the CEO’s vision and mission with all correspondence.
- Administrative tasks: including scheduling emails, e-file management, business reports and updating tracking documents
- Personal and professional task management: to include items such as research, light errands, shopping, purchasing gifts, etc.

Qualifications & Preferences
- 1-2 years experience with
- Must have the ability to drive & travel as needed
- Have a smartphone, computer and access to a high speed connection
- Familiarity with Google G Suite: Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.
- Experience with Kajabi & Project Management a plus
- Looking for someone who is coachable and loves to learn.
